Description

Cupcakes are a great treat but making them in ice cream cones takes them to a higher level. Kids will light up when they see these wonderful cupcakes.

Ingredients

• 1 box party rainbow chip cake mix or your choice of flavor
• water
• vegetable oil
• eggs called for on cake mix box
• 24 flat bottomed ice cream cones
• 1- 2 containers Rich & Creamy frosting, or your choice of flavor

Steps

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees or 325 degrees for dark or non-stick pans.
2. Make cake batter as directed on box.
3. Divide batter evenly among 24 ice cream cones that are each set into a muffin cup.
