Description

Make your whole meal at one time with this yummy dish. Your crockpot does all of the work so you don't have to.

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, not frozen
• 1 large or 2 small cans cream of chicken soup
• 2 boxes stuffing mix, chicken flavor
• 1 cup sour cream, regular or light
• 3-4 ribs celery, chopped or 1 small package frozen green beans

Steps

1. Line crockpot with a crock pot liner for easy clean up. Spray the liner with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the dry stuffing mix over the raw chicken.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the soup and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the dry stuffing mix. Place the celery/green beans on top. Pour 1 cup water on the top.
