Description

The combination of semi-sweet chocolate, peanut butter chips and peanuts makes this chocolate candy a treat you will love. It's a must to have around the holidays.

Ingredients

• 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate baking bar
• 1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips
• 1 T. shortening
• 1/2 c. roasted peanuts

Steps

1. Cover cookie sheet or tray with wax paper.
2. Place chocolate in a medium sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred.
3. Place peanut butter chips and shortening in a second microwave-safe bowl and have it ready to place in microwave once the chocolate is melted.
