This year, make your fudge a little different. Instead of chocolate, do peanut butter! Your peanut butter lovers will be glad that you did!
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 t. vanilla extract
non-stick cooking spray
Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with aluminum foil; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan, stirring constantly on medium heat, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Ad peanut butter; stir until well blended. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Spread in prepared pan. Cool. Cut into pieces.
Yield: 3 lb.
