Ingredients

• 1 pkg. white cake mix, plus ingredients as directed on package
• ½ c. sour cream
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• lemon zest from half of the lemon
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 c. whipping cream
• 4 T. real butter, melted
• 1 pkg. lemon cake mix

Steps

1. Preheat oven to temperature as directed on the white cake mix box. Prepare the white cake according to the directions on the box, adding in the sour cream and vanilla.
