Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Description

Make delicious cookies more healthy without eggs, sugar, flour or butter. Enjoy with a glass of cold milk or coffee.

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas, very ripe
  • 1/3 c. applesauce
  • 2 c. oats
  • 1/4 c. almond milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. cinnamon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Drop by the spoonful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool on a cooling rack.
