Description
Make delicious cookies more healthy without eggs, sugar, flour or butter. Enjoy with a glass of cold milk or coffee.
Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas, very ripe
- 1/3 c. applesauce
- 2 c. oats
- 1/4 c. almond milk
- 1/2 c. raisins or dark chocolate chips
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. cinnamon
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients. Drop by the spoonful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool on a cooling rack.
