1⁄2 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 1⁄2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1⁄2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 c. mashed banana
1⁄2 c. chopped nuts, optional
1⁄2 c. sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large loaf pan.
Cream butter/margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add the dry ingredients, stirring while adding; then bananas, nuts and sour cream. Mix well.
Bake 1 hour.
Makes 1 large loaf.
