Ingredients
2 c. milk, regular, 2% or skim or almond or coconut milk
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 oz dark or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped or chocolate chips
2 T. powdered sugar
2 t. cornstarch, sifted
1/2 t. vanilla or vanilla paste
1/2 t. cinnamon or cardamom, for a little spice, optional
whipped cream or marshmallows for garnish
