How easy do you want your fudge recipe to be? This one is ridiculously easy and there are only 3 ingredients! Choose your color of candy canes to top off this siimpe, but delicious treat!
16 oz. canned chocolate frosting
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
3-4 candy canes (red and white or green, red and white)
Line an 8 × 8 baking dish with foil, with foil hanging over all sides to easily lift out of the pan; spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Put the candy canes in a Ziplock bag; crush with the bottom of a pan or with a rolling pin. Set aside.
Melt chocolate chips in a medium size bowl in the microwave. Set timer for 2 minutes; stir every 30 seconds until all chocolate is melted.
When chips are melted, add the frosting; stir until both ingredients are mixed evenly.
Carefully spread mixture into the prepared dish, using a spatula spoon to gently push the fudge evenly towards all sides.
Sprinkle broken candy cane bits over the fudge; gently press them down so that they stick.
Place the fudge in the fridge; let set 30 minutes.
When set, remove fudge by lifting the foil up; remove the foil.
Cut fudge into pieces.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
