Fall is the perfect time of the year to make pumpkin anything! Make these delicious pumpin cream cheese bars and make everyone happy!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. block ⅓ less fat cream cheese
- ¾ c. powdered sugar
- 1 T. water
- 16 oz. box Angel Food cake mix
- 5 oz. can pumpkin
- ¾ c. water
- ½ t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ t. cinnamon
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 × 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 T. water mixing on medium high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, pumpkin, ¾ c. water, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until smooth and combined.
