Fall is the perfect time of the year to make pumpkin anything! Make these delicious pumpin cream cheese bars and make everyone happy!
8 oz. block ⅓ less fat cream cheese
¾ c. powdered sugar
1 T. water
16 oz. box Angel Food cake mix
5 oz. can pumpkin
¾ c. water
½ t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
½ t. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 × 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 T. water mixing on medium high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, pumpkin, ¾ c. water, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until smooth and combined.
Spread pumpkin mixture into prepared pan. Drizzle cream cheese on top of the pumpkin mixture; swirl with a butter knife.
Bake 25-30 minutes until center is set and toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely and cut into squares.
