Description
If you have leftover chicken, this casserole would be the perfect way to use it. It is quick and so tasty. Even the kids will love it!
Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped (leftover or rotisserie chicken would be great)
- 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 T. Ranch dressing mix/seasoning from packet
- 1/4 c. cooked, chopped bacon
- 12 oz. can refrigerated Grands Jr. biscuits
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, Ranch mix/seasoning, and bacon. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture.
- Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan.
