If you have leftover chicken, this casserole would be the perfect way to use it. It is quick and so tasty. Even the kids will love it!
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped (leftover or rotisserie chicken would be great)
10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 T. Ranch dressing mix/seasoning from packet
1/4 c. cooked, chopped bacon
12 oz. can refrigerated Grands Jr. biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, Ranch mix/seasoning, and bacon. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture.
Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
