Mix together cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; divide into 3 equal parts. Combine 2 of the parts into equal two-thirds of mixture; mix in pesto. Mix onion, mustard and pepper sauce into remaining 1/3 mixture. (The smaller ball will be the head and the larger ball will be the body.)

Cover each cheese mixture; refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape.

Shape each cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap each ball, label and freeze.

About 12 hours before serving, remove balls from the freezer. Thaw in their wrappers in the refrigerator.

Arrange balls on a serving platter with the smaller ball on top for the snowman's head.

Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese before serving. Decorate to resemble a snowman, as desired. (a baby carrot for the nose; pretzels or fresh asparagus for the arms; raisins for eyes and buttons; green part of a green onion or a slice of prosciutto for a scarf, etc.)

Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
