Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes, washed and peeled
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 T. milk
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- butter, optional
Steps
- Cover potatoes with salted water in 2 quart pot; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain.
- Return potatoes to pot; mash.
- Stir in mayonnaise and milk. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
