3 c. rice cereal
3 c. corn cereal
1 1/2 c. honey graham cereal
1 1/2 c. toasted oat cereal
2 T. unsalted butter, melted
4 T. unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. almond butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, divided
1 T. dried orange zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine together rice, corn, graham and oat cereals; drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat and pour onto a large cookie sheet.
Bake until cereal starts to turn golden, 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt the chocolate, almond butter and remaining butter. Stir until smooth, about 6 minutes.
When the cereal is finished toasting, place it back into the large bowl; pour chocolate mixture over the top. Stir to coat all the cereal pieces evenly. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
To an electric spice grinder, add 3-4 T. powdered sugar and the orange zest. Pulse until the zest turns into powder, about 2 minutes.
Add the orange powdered sugar and the remaining powdered sugar to the cereal mixture. Stir to coat.
