Description
Want your vegetables to be more than just healthy? These carrots are so good, you won't have any leftovers and no fights about eating their veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. small, firm carrots, fresh in bunches (not baby carrots in the bag)
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. olive oil
- ½ t. kosher salt
- ¼ t. freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Wash the carrots and pat dry with paper towels. Halve the carrots lengthwise.
- In a large bowl, toss the carrots with the olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
