Ingredients
- 6 bread slices
- 12 eggs
- 12 bacon slices
- shredded cheese, your favorite
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2 muffin tins (12 wells) with non-stick cooking spray.
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat, cook the bacon and only allow it to cook for about 4-5 minutes, so it is flexible but not raw.
- While the bacon is cooking, cut 2 circles out of each slice of bread,12 circles in all.
