These yummy cookies are full of sweet goodness. They are filled with fresh strawberries, cream cheese and white chocolate. What more could you want?

Ingredients

• 1¼ c. all-purpose flour
• ½ t. baking powder
• ⅛ t. salt
• ¼ c. unsalted butter, softened
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
• ¾ c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• ¾ c. chopped fresh strawberries
• 2 T. lemon juice
• 1-2 T. flour
• 5 oz. white chocolate, chopped
• sanding sugar

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pans with parchment paper.
2. Pour fresh lemon juice over chopped strawberries; drain after a few minutes.
3. Whisk together 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder; set aside.
