Many people say that they don't like Brussels sprouts. Those people need to try this side dish. Make it truly your own by adding your favorite veggies, bacon or cheese!
Ingredients
- 7 oz. Brussels sprouts
- 16 oz. baby potatoes (any variety)**
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 t. dried rosemary
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash Brussels sprouts and potatoes; drain.
- Cut off ends of the Brussels sprouts and discard; slice each sprout in half. Cut baby potatoes in half. Place all in a big bowl.
