Make this gooey cinnamon s'mores bake for breakfast or dessert. It's fantastic anytime of day.
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 box (16.3 oz) Cinnabon® Mini Pull-Aparts mini rolls
3/4 c. milk chocolate chips (or dark)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
4 whole graham crackers, coarsely crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 x 7 inch (2 qt.) glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese and cinnamon topping (from dough tube) uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened. Stir until smooth.
Unroll dough; separate dough into pieces; stir into cream cheese mixture. Stir in 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows; spoon into baking dish. Bake 23 - 25 minutes or until dough is baked through and golden brown around edges.
Cut corner of frosting package (from box); squeeze half of the frosting on top of warm dough. Top with remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake 3 - 5 minutes or until marshmallows are soft.
Top with crushed graham crackers. Drizzle with remaining frosting before serving.
