Description
Make a delicious, meatless meal with the salmon burgers. They are so quick and easy to make. They are healthy and a great source of calcium and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients
- 14.75 oz. can Chicken of the Sea Traditional Style Red Salmon
- 1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 t. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 T. freshly chopped parsley
- 1/4 t. garlic salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 T. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1-2 T. vegetable oil
- 8 hamburger buns
- favorite toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion slices, etc.
Steps
- Drain and flake salmon.
- In a medium bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt; blend well.
- Shape into 8 burgers. Salmon mixture will be moist.
