Watergate Cookies
Description
Watergate salad has nothing on these cookies. They would make a great St. Patrick's Day dessert, but don't wait. You can enjoy these great cookies right now!
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1- 4 serving size box pistachio pudding
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans, walnuts or your favorite nut
3 T. lemon-lime soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Drop onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes or just until edges are browned.
