Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1- 4 serving size box pistachio pudding
• 1/2 c. shredded coconut
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans, walnuts or your favorite nut
• 3 T. lemon-lime soda
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
3. Drop onto the prepared cookie sheet.
