Make fudge with white chocolate instead of milk chocolate. It is really yummy and a beautiful dessert or snack to serve guests.
1 bag Reese's White Chocolate
1 c. sugar
½ c. heavy cream
½ t. salt
½ c. butter
2½ c. white chocolate chips
7 oz. tub marshmallow creme
Peel off all the Reese's White Chocolate wrappers; cut into fourths.
Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with parchment paper to keep the fudge from sticking to the pan.
Place the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl; set aside.
In a pot, melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat until it starts to boil; cook 5 minutes. Pour into the bowl of chocolate chips; mix with a blender until smooth and soft.
Fold in half of the Reese's White Chocolate. Pour into the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining Reese's on the top.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours to set.
