These little gems are perfect for a dessert or for your breakfast/brunch. They are simple and quick to make, so you can have them ready in no time at all.
¼ c. COLD butter, very cold to get a good crumb
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. brown sugar
¼ t.. cinnamon
dash of salt
½ c. flour
1 can crescent rolls
Glaze:
½ c. powdered sugar, more if needed to reach desired consistency
1 T. butter, softened
1 t. vanilla
1 T. milk, more if needed to reach desired consistency
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut in butter to sugars, cinnamon, salt and flour to make crumbs.
On an ungreased cookie sheet, separate dough into 8 triangles; sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
Bake 8-12 minutes.
Glaze:
Blend together all the glaze ingredients; drizzle over the crispies.
