Description

Are they cake or are they cookies? Well, they have the goodness of both. They start with an Oreo cookie crust, then a yummy cheesecake filling and are topped with a wonderful Oreo topping.

Ingredients

• 24 Oreo cookies
• 1/4 c. butter, melted
• 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 16.5 oz. package prepared chocolate chip cookie dough

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 x 7 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Crush cookies in a large, resealable zip lock bag with a rolling pin or glass or cush them in a blender or food processor.
3. Combine crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, mixing until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of prepared baking pan.
