Orange Chocolate Fondue

Description

Love chocolate? This is a great dessert to make for when company comes. Every drop will be gone so be sure to make enough for everyone to enjoy with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

3/4 c. heavy cream
8 oz. bittersweet baking chocolate
8 oz. package Orange Chocolate Squares, finely chopped (like Fannie May Orange Chocolate or 8 oz. German Chocolate)
1/4 c. Grand Marnier

Dipper choices:
marshmallows, kiwi, pineapple, lady fingers, shortbread cookies, pound cake, biscotti, brownies, pound cake, doughnuts, strawberries, bananas or pretzels.

In a small saucepan, heat cream until bubbling. Lower heat to simmer; stir in chocolate, 1/2 c. at a time. Stir rapidly to melt the chocolate completely into the cream.

Take chocolate sauce off of the heat; stir in the Grand Marnier .

Serve with dippers of your choice.
