Ingredients

• 6 medium Granny Smith apples
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. all-purpose
• 1/2 t. kosher salt
• 2 t. ground cinnamon
• 1 c. heavy cream
• 1 prepared pie crust

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Wash, peel, core and thinly slice the apples; place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Press pie crust into the bottom of a deep 9 inch pie plate. Crimp edges or smooth the edges until smooth.
