Greek Layered Salad

Description

This wonderful Greek Salad can be ready in 10 minutes. It is seven layers full of Greek goodness.

Ingredients

6 c. chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 c. diced red onion
1 cucumber, diced
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. Kalamata olives, drained and cut in half
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. red wine vinegar
1- 2 t. lemon juice
1/2 - 1 t. oregano
1/2- 1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt

Wash lettuce and pat dry. Wash veggies and slice or dice as directed.

Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Layer with red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Pour over salad; toss gently to combine.

Serve immediately.
