Description
This pasta dish is super easy to make, you don't even have to cook the pasta first. Just dump the ingredients in a baking dish, stir and bake. That's it. And to make it even better, clean up is a breeze!
Ingredients
- 16 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 25 oz. marinara sauce, your favorite
- 3 c. water
- 14 oz. package fully-cooked miniature,cocktail-size meatballs, thawed if frozen
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, freshly chopped herbs like basil, oregano, and parsley, for garnish, if desired
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large baking dish, stir together uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and meatballs. Cover tightly with aluminum foil; bake 35-40 minutes.
- Uncover; stir. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake uncovered 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender.
