Description

This no bake dessert originated is the state of Mississippi. It is super easy to make and has great flavor. It is usually served with ice cream.

Ingredients

• 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
• 1⁄4 c. sugar
• 1⁄2 c. butter or 1⁄2 c. margarine, melted
• 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 3⁄4 c. sugar
• 12 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
• 3 1/2 oz. package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 1/2 oz. package instant butterscotch pudding mix
• 3 c. milk

Steps

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
2. Blend together the cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Fold in half of the non-dairy whipped topping.
3. Spread the mixture onto the crust.
