Need an easy, fast dinner? Look no further, this is it! Stuff crescent rolls with broccoli, cheese, and chicken for a flavorful simple dinner. Serve with a side salad. Reheat leftover pockets in the oven for another perfect meal.
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. frozen steam-in-bag broccoli
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cooked chopped chicken (rotisserie chicken is a great time saver)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or your favorite
- garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Pinch 2 crescent rolls together to make a rectangle, making 4 rectangles per package.
- Steam broccoli in the bag in the microwave 2 minutes less than the time suggested on the bag.
