Need an easy, fast dinner? Look no further, this is it! Stuff crescent rolls with broccoli, cheese, and chicken for a flavorful simple dinner. Serve with a side salad. Reheat leftover pockets in the oven for another perfect meal.

Ingredients

2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 pkg. frozen steam-in-bag broccoli
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked chopped chicken (rotisserie chicken is a great time saver)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or your favorite
garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Pinch 2 crescent rolls together to make a rectangle, making 4 rectangles per package.

Steam broccoli in the bag in the microwave 2 minutes less than the time suggested on the bag.

In a large bowl, stir together softened cream cheese and sour cream; add chicken, Cheddar cheese, and steamed broccoli; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Evenly spoon some filling on each crescent rectangle; seal shut completely. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake 15 - 17 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 8.
