Ingredients
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 - 3/4 t. garlic powder
- 6-8 boneless pork chops
- 2 T. oil, your favorite for frying
- 10.5 oz can chicken stock or broth
Steps
- Line the inside of a 5-6 qt. crock pot with a crock pot liner for easy clean up. Spray the inside of the liner with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix together flour, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl; sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with some of the flour mixture; reserve remaining mixture for later use.
- Pour oil in a skillet; brown both sides of the pork chops over medium-high heat.
