You will be surprised in a good way, at how tasty these roasted grapes are. They make an easy appetizer that can be made in a jiffy at the last minute. Serve as an appetizer with smoked gouda or different cheeses on a cheese platter and some red or white
3 c. black, red or green seedless grapes
olive oil
1 T. chopped fresh thyme
1 T. chopped fresh oregano
1 T. balsamic vinegar, or to taste
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine grapes, olive oil, chopped thyme, and chopped oregano together in a bowl; lightly toss to coat. Place grapes on baking sheet.
Bake until grapes begin to wrinkle and split, about 15 minutes.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
