Ingredients

• 4 fresh bratwurst, your favorite
• 2 cans beer, your favorite
• 1 package/can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
• 2 - 4 T. whole or spicy coarse-grained mustard
• 4 oz. smoked Cheddar cheese, sliced
• 1 c. sauerkraut, warmed and well drained on paper towels

Steps

1. Place bratwursts in a medium pot; pour in beer; bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat; cover; remove from heat; let sit 5 minutes to continue cooking through.
2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
3. Roll out crescent rolls on parchment paper; spread mustard on each crescent roll.
