You may need to double this recipe if you want leftovers. They are very moist, tender and so juicy. They will definitely become a favorite with your family.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 c. crushed buttery round cracker crumbs, like Ritz crackers
• 1/2 t. garlic salt
• freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1/2 c. butter, cut into pieces
• butter flavored cooking spray

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with a butter flavored cooking spray.
2. Wash chicken, drain and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Place cracker crumbs in a separate shallow bowl; stir in garlic salt and pepper in the cracker crumbs. Dip chicken, first in the eggs, then dredge in the cracker crumb mixture to coat.
