Description
This pork dish is perfect for weeknight dinners. It comes together in no time and is easy to prepare. Serve it with your favorite vegetable for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 thick pork chops, rinsed and left damp
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 c. beef broth/stock
- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup, roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup or your favorite
- 6 oz. package long-grain and wild rice mix plus seasoning packet
- 1/2 c. -1 c. water
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place flour on a plate or in a shallow dish ; add pork chops; turn to coat completely.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil; brown pork chops 5 - 6 minutes per side.
