This salad dressing is so simple to make, how could it be so delicious? Well, it's hard to believe, but it is. If you would like it a little sweeter, feel free to add a little honey or sugar. You will never buy store dressing again.
3 T. good quality balsamic vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. good quality olive oil
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, and garlic; stir. Add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste.
Makes 3/4 cup.
