• 3 c. coleslaw mix
• ¼ c. fresh corn
• ½ c. black beans, drained and rinsed
• ¼ c. sweet red pepper, chopped
• ¼ c. yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped round
• ¾ c. Litehouse Homestyle Ranch salad dressing
• ½ t. cumin
• ½ t. chili powder
• 1 T. cilantro, minced

Steps

1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
2. Mix Litehouse Homestyle Ranch salad dressing, chili powder, and cumin together in a small bowl; pour over the coleslaw mixture; toss to coat.
3. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Refrigerate until serving.
