It pumpkin season and if you are looking for a great fall dessert, then try this amazing cake. It is spiced just right and is so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 15.5 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1½ c. sugar
- 1 T. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ t. salt
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl; stir until well blended.
- Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared pan; sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture; drizzle with butter.
