Description

It pumpkin season and if you are looking for a great fall dessert, then try this amazing cake. It is spiced just right and is so easy to make.

Ingredients

• 15.5 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
• 12 oz. can evaporated milk
• 3 large eggs
• 1½ c. sugar
• 1 T. pumpkin pie spice
• ½ t. salt
• 1 package yellow cake mix
• 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
• 1 c. chopped pecans

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.
2. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl; stir until well blended.
3. Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared pan; sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture; drizzle with butter.
