Make your own healthy ice cream from frozen bananas and cinnamon. It's easy to make and can be served after several hours of freezing.
4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
4 T. cinnamon
1 T. vanilla extract
In a food processor, pulse everything together until smooth and creamy; pour into a freezer-safe container. Place in the freezer for several hours, or until frozen. (It will be softer than regular ice cream.)
Serve.
