Description
Even people who don't like brussels sprouts should at least try this delicious recipe. What a wonderful side dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. Panko
- 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. Cajun seasoning
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine Panko, Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning; set aside.
- Working in batches, first dredge brussels sprouts in flour, then dip into eggs, then dredge in Panko mixture, pressing to coat.
