Roasted Cauliflower with Brown Butter

Description

Prepare an easy and side dish of delicious cauliflower. It has a caramelized crust on the outside and is juicy and tender on the inside. Serve it with a bit of browned butter for an even richer flavor.

Ingredients

6 c. cauliflower florets (about 1 large head)
non-stick cooking spray
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper

2 t. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking/cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Coat cauliflower with non-stick cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 25 minutes, turning cauliflower two times.

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook butter 3 minutes or until lightly browned, but not burned.

Combine cauliflower and browned butter in a bowl; toss gently to coat.

Serve.
