This festive salad is so beautiful that it could be the centerpiece of your table setting. It's fresh and delicious too and that's what truly counts. It will definitely become a family tradition in your household.
2 -3 T. white sugar, or to taste
8 oz. vanilla yogurt, low-fat or regular
2 t. orange zest
1½ c. chopped fresh cranberries
2/3 c. seedless green grapes, halved
2/3 c. seedless purple grapes, halved
1 red or green apple, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 - 1/2 t. ground cinnamon, optional
Garnish with whole cranberries on top, if desired.
Combine yogurt, sugar and orange zest in a large bowl; stir. Add remaining ingredients; toss to combine well. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Cover; chill 2 hours before serving.

**Tip: Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, if desired. To make frosted cranberries, wet cranberries with water and then roll in sugar.
