Description
Take your mashed potatoes up a notch with these yummy mashed potatoes. The potatoes are creamy and cheesy, with a crunch from the crispy fried onions and bacon. They can be made in advance to make entertaining easier.
Ingredients
- 6 c. prepared mashed potatoes, divided
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 c. FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions, divided
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Layer 3 c. mashed potatoes in an 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle on half of the bacon, 1 c. cheese and 1 c. Crispy Fried Onions. Top with remaining potatoes.
- Bake 20 minutes or until hot; top with remaining bacon, cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
