Description
These garlic knots are easily made from refrigerated breadsticks. Serve them with your favorite meal or perhaps as an appetizer at your next party.
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 t. chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 t. chopped fresh parsley
- 11 oz. can Pillsbury™ refrigerated original breadsticks
- coarse sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave garlic, butter and oil on High 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir in basil and parsley; set aside.
- Unroll dough; separate into 12 breadsticks. Twist and tie each breadstick into a “knot-like” ball; place in an ungreased 9-inch round cake pan.
