Reuben Dip

Description

You don't have to wait to have that wonderful Reuben sandwich. Just make an easy Reuben dip with many of the same ingredients. Serve with rye bread or crackers for dipping.

Ingredients

1/2 lb. diced deli corned beef (have the deli cut a large chunk for you)
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. ketchup
1 T. spicy brown mustard

cocktail rye bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 quart baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine corned beef, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, ketchup and mustard.

Spoon into prepared baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Serve warm with cocktail rye bread.

4-6 servings.
