Spray an over-sized mug with non-stick cooking spray; add the egg and egg whites; whisk. Add salsa; whisk again.
Microwave for 45 seconds; remove; stir. Microwave for another 45 seconds; remove; stir. Microwave a third time for 45 seconds.
Top with favorite seasonings, like salt, pepper, freshly chopped chives, thyme or additional salsa.
