Description

Everyone will love this delicious dessert in a jar. It can be made easily and quickly when time is short. The best part is that there is no baking at all.

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 t. vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
• 1 1/2 c. apple pie filling
• 2 T. caramel sauce
• 1 c. graham crackers, crushed
• 2 T. butter, melted

Steps

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. When combined, fold in Cool Whip. Scoop into a piping back or ziplock bag with a corner cut off, to make layering easier.
2. In a second bowl, mix together apple pie filling and caramel sauce. Scoop into a piping back or ziplock bag with a corner cut off to make layering easier.
3. In a third bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and butter; mix until it is the consistency of wet sand.
