Description

This delicious, easy chicken bake only has 4 ingredients and can be ready in an hour. Serve it with rice and a veggies or your favorite sides. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.

Ingredients

• 2 pouches KC Masterpiece® BBQ Sauce Mix and Dry Rubs (Sweet Honey)
• 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
• 2 T. honey
• 3 lb. chicken drumsticks

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the KC Masterpiece® BBQ Sauce Mix and Dry Rubs (Sweet Honey) with the pineapple juice and honey; stir to mix well; add chicken; marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Remove chicken from marinade; arrange the chicken on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
