Make your own fresh, homemade honey mustard dressing for your favorite salads.
1/4 c. plus 1 T. Djion mustard
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 t. kosher salt
1/4 c. plus 2 T. vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar and salt; gradually whisk in the oil to make a creamy dressing.
Use immediately or store covered in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.
Makes about 1 cup.
