It's good to have a seafood recipe that is really good, quick to make and easy to prepare. Serve these with your favorite sauce or just enjoy them plain.
2/3 c. mayonnaise
5 egg yolks
2 t. lemon juice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 t. black pepper
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. blackening seasoning
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 c. crushed, chopped parsley
2 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 lb. crabmeat
flour, for coating
oil, for frying
Mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 oz. patties.
Coat with flour; fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
